KCC places a strong emphasis on developing future leaders within the organisation. To achieve this, KCC regularly conducts leadership and career guidance workshops for both its members and new Malayalee immigrants in the region. These workshops have garnered significant interest, not only from Hastings but also from other areas across New Zealand. Additionally, they have provided valuable support to job seekers, helping many prepare for and succeed in job interviews.
